We've kept it a secret for too long and now we're excited to finally reveal the new package and new style for our flagship wine, the Mason Sauvignon Blanc. Since our inception, Mason has featured the same classic styling with consistent, elegant Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Now, after 18 years, we've given it a make-over, presenting a fresh and vibrant rendition to accompany the family of brands. In the winery, we've tweaked the protocol to accentuate our single block in the Blockhouse Vineyard and showcase how truly special the site is. We've removed all oak from the equation and instead, opted to age in stainless steel barrels on the lees, with barrel stirring for 2 months. This process will create that same creamy mouthfeel characteristic of Mason Sauvignon Blanc without any oak influence. We can't wait for everyone to try it! Come by the tasting room to see what all the fuss is about.
